All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen differences.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

All orders are subject to verification and approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

If an order is canceled after payment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final unless stated otherwise.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be considered in the case of:

  • Defective product

  • Damaged product received

  • Incorrect product delivered

A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video (from the moment the sealed package is opened) is mandatory to raise any claim.

Claims without proper video proof will not be entertained.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including logos, designs, graphics, images, product concepts, and branding elements are the exclusive property of 24Songs.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or misuse of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

24Songs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier partner, 24Songs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

7. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Refuse service

  • Block accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activities

Legal action may be taken against individuals involved in misuse or fraud.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
